The objective of Broadcasting Consumer Complaint Monitoring System (BCCMS) is to facilitate TRAI to forward the complaints received at TRAI to service providers and monitor the action taken by the service providers on such complaints.

Complaints, if any, received in TRAI are forwarded to the service providers. No follow up action is taken by TRAI on individual complaint(s).
